the silver ring creation kit ships in 2-5 business days. once we receive your carved wax ring, we turn it into silver within 4-6 weeks - every ring is cast and finished by hand.
non-returnable items
customized items are not eligible for return.
shipping responsibilities
please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. these shipping costs are non-refundable. in case of a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund.
return eligibility criteria
to qualify for a return, your item must be unused, with tags, and in the same condition as when you received it. additionally, it should be in its original packaging. Items not meeting these criteria, or those in damaged condition or missing parts unrelated to our error, are not eligible for return.
